I currently serve as a Local Authority at Grendon and have been a governor for around nine years since being asked to join during the time I served as a City Councillor for the local area.  My main area of responsibility is Safeguarding. 

I am married with three children and four grandchildren and care passionately about the provision of quality primary education for all our children as I believe it provides an essential foundation for the rest of their life.
