As you are aware we have reached an agreement with Grendon and Billesley Nursery that means they would have use of our back playground for their after school club during day light hours. For this to happen, there has to be a legal transfer of control agreement issued by Birmingham City Council as the school is local authority property. This agreement has been submitted by us as soon as we were able and is now with the legal department from the council. We have been informed that the process could take a while before a license is granted. We are doing all we can to speed up this process and have acted promptly at all times. We continue to chase up the legal department to ensure this is resolved as soon as possible. Until we have been granted this license, we cannot allow anybody to use our site.
