CLASSES: 1P, 2H, 3S, 4F, 5R and 6H

For those of you that would like a Zoom parents evening appointment, please email your child’s teacher on the year group emails e.g. year1@grendon.bham.sch.uk or eyfs2020@grendon.bham.sch.uk by Friday 12^th February and give us a 30 minute time slot to show your availability, between 3.30pm and 5.30pm e.g. 4.00pm – 4.30pm.

Staff will reply to that email with a specific time for you to join the meeting e.g. 4.20pm. We will then send out a zoom link on the day of parents evening. To join, simply click the link at your allocated time e.g. 4.20pm. You will enter a virtual waiting room and teachers will admit you for your meeting at the allocated time.

Please make sure you ‘rename’ yourselves with your child’s name so we can clearly see who is waiting.
